2. Use of Services

Our platform provides:

• Pandit booking services
• Ghat reservation services
• Puja materials marketplace
• Temple information and services

You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund
• Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the service

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Wallet payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Providing accurate information
• Compliance with all applicable laws
• Respectful interaction with service providers

6. Limitation of Liability

eSanskar acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Quality of services provided by third-party vendors
• Any disputes between users and service providers
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
